The Hills of Argyle is located in Argyle, Texas, at Highway 377 and Chipping Campden. The community will feature 155 single-family homes.  Homeowner Association membership is automatic upon purchase of a lot or home in the development.

The Hills of Argyle Owners Association, Inc. is a Texas non-profit corporation.  The association was established for the maintenance of the common areas and to provide architectural control and compliance with the covenants, conditions and restrictions of the Declaration.
