Against Chickens in the Hills of Argyle                54

Proposed zoning for 2800 and 2801 Chipping Campden Drive

The City of Denton Planning and Development have confirmed with your board that these properties are being kept R1, large lot residential.
There is no need to attend the upcoming meeting on April 10th.

YOU DID IT!

The City of Denton Planning and Development have confirmed that the Developer wishing to rezone 2800 and 2801 Chipping Campden has withdrawn their request at this time.  Apparently the "applicant" misjudged the Hills of Argyle homeowners resolve to keep these two lots zoned NR01. neighborhood residential 1 acre or more.
Thank you to everyone for their support on this very important issue.  Although they withdrew their request at this time, this doesn't mean they won't be back to try again.  Your Board of Directors will continue to gather information for the next anticipated battle.

Thank you,
The Hills of Argyle Board of Directors

Attention Homeowners!
A bobcat has been sighted in the community.  Wild animals live in the woods that are abutting our neighborhood. Please be advised that you may see fury creatures from time to time.  Bobcats pose no known threat to humans however can pose threats to small pets in the neighborhood.  Coyotes are known to hunt through the neighborhood and also can be a threat to your pets.  Be vigilant and keep an eye on your small pets.

Common Area use for Sports Teams Survey
Thank you to everyone who submitted their vote to allow or not allow area sports teams to use the common area for their practices.  The survey results are 3 to 1 to not allow this.  Many that voted NO cited for the following reasons: 1)No adequate parking 2)Noise and traffic from these practices 3)Nowhere for the kids to take bathroom breaks
